WHAT IS QIGONG?

QiGong is a ancient practice rooted in Chinese medicine, martial arts and even considered to be a philosophy. While used by Samurais in ancient times for cultivating power before their battles, now-a-days it is used as a meditational exercise whose benefits are vast and effective compared to other techniques where the risk of injury is greater. Gentle body postures, movements and breathing combine to make this an ideal practice for anyone at any age.
